A weekend trip to Kabini and Nagarhole
Picture speaks more than words. All i could tell you is some tips to travel to nagarhole. Rest you could see by yourself.
1. We had planned to visit Kabini first and then nagarhole. The Kabini river lodge was full so we just visited the Kabini dam first. It was tough to get into dam due to security reasons. If you are not booking through the lodge you better skip kabini.
2. You can find the driving directions in all the sites. Our plan got little deviated so haven't mentioned about my route plan.
3. Driving through nagarhole is "must not miss" experience. Its a long drive so don't miss it.
4. You can either book home stay or choose a resort. We asked near the security check post and they gave the Tranquil lakes resort contact details.
5. Visit nagarhole and irpu falls during rainy season. According to me that is the best season.
